About Hatsan Flash 101 QE
The Flash 101 QE is a development of Hatsan's affordable Flash: the same lightweight sidelever concept, but with a larger air cylinder and therefore considerably more shots per fill.
In 4.5 mm, Hatsan quotes up to 325 m/s and 30 J. The 215 cc cylinder is filled to 200 bar and gives around 145 shots per fill, of which around 55 are at optimum velocity – compared with 100 and 48 on the standard Flash QE.
Flash 101 QE – key features
- Larger cylinder: 215 cc against the Flash QE's 165 cc – around 45 % more shots per fill.
- 14-shot magazine: A single-shot adapter is also included if you want to load pellet by pellet.
- QuietEnergy: Fully shrouded barrel with integrated moderator, according to Hatsan around 50 % quieter. The barrel is 450 mm.
- Still light: 3150 g and 1090 mm, with a polymer stock.
- Rails: Picatinny rail on top for a scope and at the front for a bipod, for example.

Maintenance and safety
Never fill above 200 bar. A PCP pump is sold separately: see pumps and compressors here. Store the rifle unloaded and with the magazine removed.
