Please note that you must be 18 years of age to purchase hardball/airsoft/softgun weapons according to Danish legislation. Therefore, it is required that you send valid photo identification before sending the item.

The fee rates for card payments are as follows:
According to legislation as of 1/1-2018, no fees are imposed on payments by payment card, Mobilepay or Viabill.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched
In the case of partial deliveries, only the amount for the goods sent is deducted

Payment method "Invoice" can only be used by companies and public institutions, and only if you have previously obtained a payment agreement with Handelshusetaulum.dk.

Klarna's payment methods:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Invoice: Credit period of 14 days from the day the goods are sent. Here you can find the terms for invoice
  • Account: Klarna Account is an overdraft facility provided by Klarna. It gives the borrower the opportunity to pay his purchases in monthly installments of 1/24 (but at least DKK 89) of the total amount or according to the terms approved at the till. For more information about Klarna Account incl. general conditions and standardized European consumer credit information, click here.

Payment is always made to Klarna. You can find more information about Klarna on their website. Here you can find their terms of use. Use of this information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's policy on the protection of personal information.

In order to be able to offer you the various Klarna payment methods, we have to pass on your personal and contact information as well as information about your order to Klarna. We would encourage you to read our Personal Data Protection Policy for more information about how we collect and process your personal data.

Use of this information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's policy on the protection of personal information.


Delivery:

Shipments of goods take place via GLS/DAO365 or Bring, where we offer private delivery, delivery to business addresses or to Parcelshops. Our normal expected delivery time for orders is 1-2 working days if the order is received before 14 and that all ordered items are in stock. (98% of orders). The remaining 2% of the orders are either preorders or made-to-order items with longer delivery. If the goods are not in stock, or if the expected delivery time cannot be met, we will contact the customer directly and inform them of this.

Pick-up goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of ordering and the price does NOT change in the event of either a price drop or a price increase. The prices on the website, www.handelshusetaulum.dk, are usually also valid in the store in Aulum, unless there is a special offer.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by calling 97 47 31 78 or sending an email to support@handelshusetaulum.dk or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.


Returns:

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
The costs for returns are expected to amount to ordinary Post Nord rates at most.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal:

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Non-financial services performed, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed,
Delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch,
Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,
Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other goods during delivery,
Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work at the consumer's place, which the consumer has expressly requested in advance,
Agreements concluded at a public auction,

The item's condition when you send it back:

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and handing it in person to the above address by prior agreement.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Right of return

After the 14-day right of withdrawal, we at Handelshuset Aulum have a 365-day right of return, which means that you can return an unopened item within 365 days of purchase by presenting a receipt from the store or by presenting an order form from an online purchase. Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for shipping costs (However, it is recommended to use our own return portal for cheap shipping). Here you can get a gift card for the amount.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, in the original packaging and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Please note that reservations are made for out-of-stock items and typing errors in both descriptions, images and prices.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible by completing our repair slip. The repair note can be found by clicking here.
If the error or defect is not detected, the item will be returned to the customer including a test fee of DKK 300 per hour incl. VAT. The test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.

If accessories are sent, the quantity and product description must be included. If accessories are included that do not appear immediately on the accompanying repair note, Handelshusetaulum.dk cannot be held responsible for any loss of these effects.
Handelshusetaulum.dk cannot be held responsible for adjustment problems between upgrade/tunnel parts when purchased for self-assembly.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery. 

Compatibility & Installation:

Handelshusetaulum.dk cannot be held responsible for compatibility problems as a result of composite components when these are not guided by us.

Handelshusetaulum.dk cannot be held responsible for defects arising from upgrade parts if Handelshusetaulum.dk has not installed them and if the parts have not been used in accordance with the instructions.

Special provisions for traders:

​​The same sales conditions apply as for consumers, however with the following modification:
- There is no right of withdrawal for traders.
- No right of complaint applies.

- Discount codes, Loyalty discounts etc. is not applicable.
- Handelshusetaulum.dk reserves the right of ownership to goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid.
- All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Interest accrues from the due date at 2% per month started and an administration fee of DKK 150.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, telephone number, age and e-mail address.

When purchasing a rifle, pistol or other products covered by the Danish Weapons Act, we also require that a valid copy of photo identification be sent.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The data controller at www.handelshusetaulum.dk is Owner, Kenneth Storm Jessen, Handelshuset Aulum
The personal information is registered with Handelshuset Aulum and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Your information is not passed on or sold to a third party.

As registered with Handelshuset Aulum, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to: support@handelshusetaulum.dk.

Complaint Access:
